Summary
Bulk RNA-seq of bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDMs) differentiated from WT and Ch25h-KO mice. BMDMs were treated with PBS (control), C. neoformans K99 strain, recombinant IL-4, or K99 combined with IL-4 for 18 hours. Gene expression was quantified to investigate the role of Ch25h in macrophage responses to fungal infection and type 2 cytokine signaling.
