Summary
HEK-RAF-ER cells were treated with 4OHT (to activate MAPK) and/or CHIR99021 (to activate WNT signalling) to identify synergistic activation of genes by MAPK and WNT. Furthermore, TCF7 KO cells were treated with MAPK and WNT activators to identify TCF7 mediated induction of target genes.
