Micronanoplastics (MNPs) and Inflammation in Lungs of Children Undergoing Pulmonary Surgical Resection

GSE334387 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2026/07/31 Platform GPL24676
Summary
Samples of peri-lesional lung tissues were collected following resection of pulmonary lesions. We compared lung tissues from the low-concentration MNP exposure (LCME) versus high-concentration MNP exposure (HCME) groups. RNA-seq found that exposure to airborne MNPs may activate inflammatory responses in the lungs of children.
