Psychotropic-drug and neurotransmitter perturbation RNA-seq of human iPSC-derived cardiac and retinal organoids (ToxiPred)

GSE334500 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 96 samples 2026/06/09 GPL34295
Summary
Bulk 3'-barcoded RNA-sequencing (Drop-seq-style digital gene expression) of human iPSC-derived cardiac and retinal organoids treated for 24 h at 5 uM with psychotropic drugs (aripiprazole, loxapine, sertraline, quetiapine, xanomeline) versus a No_drug reference, each crossed with neurotransmitter / co-treatment conditions (adrenaline, dopamine, histamine, retinoic acid, serotonin) plus vehicle/chemical controls. Generated for the ToxiPred study to test predicted tissue-resolved drug liability and recover lipid/sterol pathway mechanisms.
