Summary
To characterize alterations in bile acid metabolism under inflammatory conditions, RNA sequencing was conducted on proximal and distal colonic tissues from WT mice following 3 days of treatment with water or 3% DSS (n = 5 per group). To profile changes in bile acid metabolism during development, RNA sequencing was performed on proximal colonic tissues collected from WT mice at postnatal day 1, day 7 and day 21 under physiological conditions (n = 3 per group).
