Summary
Young HUVECs were infected with lentivirus to overexpress GLUT3, and a replicative senescence cell model was established through replicative passaging. Subsequently, mRNA-seq and Ribo-seq were performed on young HUVECs, replicatively senescent HUVECs, and GLUT3-overexpressing replicatively senescent HUVECs.
