Transcriptome profiling of TSPYL2 knockdown in decidualized human endometrial stromal cells

GSE336718 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2026/06/29 Platform GPL34281
Summary
To investigate the role of TSPYL2 during decidualization, MC1 cells, a human endometrial stromal cell line, were induced to decidualize with cAMP and MPA for 4 days and then transfected with siNC or siTSPYL2. RNA-seq was performed using three biological replicates for each group. Gene-level read counts were generated from STAR-aligned reads using featureCounts, and differential expression analysis was performed using DESeq2.
