Summary
Multiple KPC models were treated with G12D allele specific inhibitor (MRTX1133) and pan-Ras inhibitor (RMC6236) in combination with anti-CTLA4 and anti-PD1. The mice were sac'd between 10-14 days for single-cell RNA analysis.
