Effect of a novel genistein isoflavonoid alkaloids (GIA) on gene expression in HCT116 colorectal cancer cells under hypoxic conditions

GSE338021 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2026/07/31 Platform GPL16791
Summary
To investigate the molecular mechanism of a novel genistein isoflavonoid alkaloids (GIA) in suppressing colorectal cancer, we performed gene expression profiling analysis using RNA-seq of HCT116 cells treated with GIA or DMSO control under hypoxic conditions. We identified differentially expressed genes and pathways associated with ferroptosis, HIF-1 signaling, and glutathione metabolism.
