Transcriptomic profiling reveals IGF2BP1-mediated gene regulation and Helicobacter pylori-induced transcriptional reprogramming in gastric epithelial cells

GSE338493 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 11 samples 2026/07/29 GPL24676
Summary
Helicobacter pylori infection induces persistent transcriptional reprogramming in gastric epithelial cells. To identify downstream pathways regulated by IGF2BP1, RNA sequencing was performed in GES-1 cells with IGF2BP1 overexpression and H. pylori infection. Integrated analysis identified overlapping transcriptional programs associated with oxidative stress regulation and ferroptosis-related pathways.
