Summary
To characterize the transcriptional effects of BYSL depletion in human breast cancer cells, MDA-MB-231 cells were transfected with negative-control siRNA or SI-BYSL-Homo-838 targeting BYSL. Strand-specific poly(A)+ RNA sequencing was performed with three biological replicates per condition.
