Single-cell sequencing reveals the immune cell landscape of peripheral blood mononuclear cells in primary membranous nephropathy

GSE341102 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 8 samples 2026/07/27 GPL21290
Summary
Primary membranous nephropathy (PMN) stands as the predominant pathological subtype of primary nephrotic syndrome in adults. Approximately one-third of patients diagnosed with primary membranous nephropathy will eventually progress to end-stage renal disease (ESRD), carrying a poor prognosis. Our study employed single-cell RNA sequencing to investigate PMN, with the objectives of characterizing immune cell phenotypes, deciphering intercellular interaction patterns, and elucidating the potential mechanisms implicated in PMN pathogenesis.
