Spatiotemporal Clonal Architecture of the Newborn Mouse Forebrain

GSE341480 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 186 samples 2026/07/31 GPL34328
Summary
The mammalian forebrain contains diverse neural and glial cell types distributed across anatomically and functionally distinct regions, but their temporal and regional lineage relationships remain incompletely understood. Here, we generated a large-scale clonal atlas of mouse forebrain development by combining high-complexity lentiviral barcoding with single-cell RNA sequencing. The dataset captures major neurona and glial populations and enables analysis of lineage relationships across developmental stages, sub cell types, and forebrain regions.
