Summary
Based on our findings that chlorquinaldol can exert a potent antiviral effect both in vivo and in vitro, to explore the molecular mechanisms underlying chlorquinaldol-induced gene expression, we performed RNA sequencing analysis on THP-1 cells treated with either a low-concentration or a high-concentration of chlorquinaldol, using treatment of the STING agonist 3'3'-cGAMP as an antiviral control.
