Characterization of the human 143B cell line with knockout of SRGAP2

GSE85644 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2025/03/24 Platform GPL16791
Summary
An RNA-seq study of altered gene expression and mutations in human 143B cells (a TK- derivative of the HOS cell line) with and without knockout (KO) of SRGAP2. The analysis of the RNA-seq data led to the identification of a set of genes downregulated in the SRGAP2 KO samples, as well as a couple of potential off-target CRISPR events.
