Summary
Here, we mapped the binding sites of PAXT/ZFC3H1, NEXT/ZCCHC8 and their shared MTR4 helicase subunit. Our data highlight a key interplay between cohesin-mediated long-range interactions in 3D and ncRNA regulation by MTR4 helicase and nuclear RNA exosome.
