Summary
This study aims to identify the molecular basis for age-related decline in olfactory function and regeneration. To extend our characterization of olfactory stem cell regeneration during aging, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing on whole olfactory epithelium (OE) of 2-month-old and 18-month-old mice in uninjured state and at 24 hours after injury.
