Transcriptome sequence of Human bladder cancer cell line

GSE182310 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2024/07/31 Platform GPL24676
Summary
Circular RNAs (circRNAs) have been increasingly indicated to be important participants in the development and progression of various malignant tumors. In this study, we re-analyzed circRNA high-throughout sequencing from human bladder cancer tissues and paired adjacent normal tissues. Then, we discover that a circRNA hsa_circ_0000591, named as circMGA, is significantly downregulated in bladder cancer. FISH assay has been proved that hsa_circ_0008399 mainly located in cytoplasm. Transcriptome analysis was performed to find the potential genes that could be regulated by circMGA.
