Summary
Natural killer (NK) cells are critical innate lymphocytes with the capacity to elicit the early defense against pathogens and the immune surveillance of tumor cells. The complex transcriptional network involved in NK cells is still many unknowns. By targeting GABPβ isoforms that can form homo- or heterodimers, we found that GABPα2β2 tetramer regulates NK cell development, cytokines secretion and melanoma resistance. To investigate the molecular mechanisms, RNA-seq was performed using NK cells in bone marrow isolated from Ctrl and dKO mice.
