Effect of depletion of Bckdha or Acad8 on gene expression in differentiated, cultured 3T3-L1 adipocytes

GSE205922 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 9 samples Submitted 2025/01/02 Platform GPL24247
Summary
To investigate the function of the BCAA catabolic pathway via Bckdha or Acad8 deficiency in adipocytes, we established 3T3-L1 cell lines in which each target gene or a Control non-targeting sequence has been knocked down by CRISPR/Cas9. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 different single guides of Bckdha and Acad8 or 1 Control guide (7 cell lines total)
