Transcriptomic analysis of RNases knockdown in A549 cells.

GSE211711 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing; Non-coding RNA profiling by high throughput sequencing 8 samples Submitted 2024/08/01 Platform GPL24676
Summary
The function of biomolecules is essential for maintaining homeostasis. The RNA and RNase regulatory system in maintaining cellular homeostasis is not clear. To investigate the effects of RNase on gene expression and biological functions, we respectively knocked down Ago2, ANG, DICER, DROSHA, RNase L, and RNase T2 in A549 cells and performed RNA sequencing.
