Characterization of the regulatory network of linc1393 in the maintenance of pluripotency provides the principles for lncRNA targets prediction [RNA-seq]

GSE214671 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 8 samples Submitted 2025/10/03 Platform GPL24247
Summary
In the study, we screened the nuclear lncRNAs in mESCs, and demonstrate that linc1393 maintains mESCs pluripotency by recruiting SET1A nearby its binding sites, to establish H3K4me3 and activate the expression of specific pluripotent genes. Furthermore, we developed a computational framework, LncTargeter, to predict the binding sites and the target genes of a given lncRNA based on the XGBoost model.
