Summary
To explore the molecular basis of the therapeutic function of MSCs, we performed RNA-sequencing of LPS-treated MSCs.Transcriptome analysis identified the upregulation of 673 genes and downregulation of 831 genes, and plot the top 100 differentially expressed genes into a heatmap.KEGG pathway enrichment analysis indicated that energy metabolism pathways were highly enriched in the cell cycle.
