Summary
To understand how SIGLEC15 regulates CD8+ T cells in tumor microenvironment, we enriched CD8+ T cells using magnetic beads after tumor digestion. Collected CD8+ T cells were examined with flowcytometry analysis and were further loaded for sequencing analysis.
