Summary
Total RNA was isolated from lymphocyte. We compared the circRNA, lncRNA and mRNA expression profiles between healthy and GDM women by RNA sequencing, and determined the signaling pathways associated with the changes. Our study offers new insights into circulating biomarkers of GDM and thus provides a valuable resource for future investigations.
