Summary
To investigate the cosequence of Pcyt2 deletion in the early myotome, we established Myf5Cre-Pcyt2 mouse line in which each target gene has been depleted in the early developing myotome and onwards in the mature muscle. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 4 different cells at two time points.
