RNA sequencing analysis of JAG1 overexpressed Ink4a-/- murine astrocytes

GSE225528 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2025/02/16 Platform GPL19057
Summary
Notch signaling is a signaling pathway related to development and homeostasis of tissue. Jagged 1 (JAG1), which is one of the ligand of NOTCH, is highly expressed in tumor and induce proliferation, survival and tumor aggressiveness of cancer cells. This study demonstrate the biological function of JAG1 in tumor progression. To elucidate the role of JAG1, JAG1 was overexpressed in murine Ink4a-/- astrocytes. Our results provide the clue of molecular mechanism in tumor aggressiveness.
