Summary
To investigate the mechanisms of neural activity regulation of blood vessel (BV) formation in the brain, we subjected mice to whisker stimulation (WS). We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq from the primary somatosensory (S1) cortex without or with whisker stimulation.
