Summary
In order to investigate whether folate deficiency affects kdm6a enrichment and then affecting the double-strand breaks, we performed ChIP-seq of kdm6a on embryonic stem cells with MTX and normal embryonic stem cells, respectively. Our sequencing data provides a new theoretical basis for the effect of folate on histone modification.
