Summary
To investigate the transcriptional changes occurred in astrocytes after inflammatory or hemorrhagic stroke in vitro, we performed RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) of resting-MCM treated astrocytes, LPS-MCM treated astrocytes, and Hemin-MCM treated astrocytes.
