Summary
Abnormal expression of circadian genes is known to be engage in tumor initiation and progression through disrupting rhythms of cellular processes. Here, we determined a significant role of the core circadian gene ARNTL2 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma metastasis. To further investigate the underlying mechanism of ARNTL2 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma, High-throughput RNA sequencing was performed in ARNTL2-knockdown HONE1 cell.
