RNA seq of mouse tissue samples from ACD animal models : Effect of MMP9 on gene expression.

GSE237038 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2026/07/10 Platform GPL28457
Summary
In the present study, RNA-seq technique were performed to explore biological significance of MMP9 in the neuro-cutaneous signaling network of chronic itch. We performed high-throughput sequencing of mouse tissue samples from ACD animal models. The study found that the transcription level of MMP9 was highly expressed in the DNFB-induced ACD model, suggesting that MMP9 plays an important role in the process of ACD disease.
