The impact of chemical modulator of cytoskeleton in murine CD8+ T cell.

GSE237117 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2024/09/02 Platform GPL24247
Summary
T cells cytoskeleton is invovlved in the recognition of the antigen-presenting cells and target cells. So we used chemical modulators of cytoskeleton (Blebbistatin) to treat murine CD8+ T cells. Then RNA-seq was performed. We found that Ble, compared with the control group, made significantly changes in the mRNA levels of murine CD8+ T cells.
