Occupancy of synaptonemal complex at mouse genome

GSE237315 Mus musculus Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing 50 samples 2025/05/14 GPL21493
Summary
As the vital components of synaptonemal complex, SYCP3 plays an important role in meiosis by self-assembling into a special bilayer structure. Although SYCP3 has been widely studied, the genome-wide binding of SYCP3 remains largely unknown. In this study, we identified specific binding of SYCP3 in mouse spermatocytes and studied how its binding dynamics is regulated.
