Summary
We performed single-nucleus RNA-seq and chromatin accessibility analyses (snRNA-seq and ATAC-seq) in the hippocampus of wild-type (WT) mice and mice carrying amyloid precursor protein knock-in mutations (APPNL-G-F) in response to chronic wheel-running exercise.
