Single cell transcriptome sequencing of diabetic mouse heart

GSE243789 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 8 samples Submitted 2024/10/31 Platform GPL24247
Summary
Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of mortality in individuals with diabetes. However, the specific mechanisms and cell heterogeneity underlying cardiac injury in diabetes are still unclear, making it difficult to effectively manage diabetic cardiovascular damage. Our study used leptin receptor knockout (db/db) mice as diabetic models and sequenced their hearts at different pathological stages. Our findings provide important insights for preventing and treating diabetic heart damage.
