Gene expression profile at single cell level of lymphocytes extracted from the mesenteric lymph nodes of TCRMOG animals colonized with either Salmonella expressing MOG or OVA

GSE243972 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2026/03/11 Platform GPL19057
Summary
To analyze if expresion of a self-epitope (in this case an epitope of MOG (myleing oligodendrocyte glycoprotein)) in the gut can trigger an autoimmune reaction, TCRMOG (harbor MOG-reactive T cells) were colonized with a gut restricted strain of Salmonella expressing either an epitope of MOG or ovalbumin (OVA). We then compared the gene expression profile from immune cells within the mesenteric lymph node to assess (autoreactive) immune cell activation.
