Summary
PPMX-T003, an humanized anti-transferrin receptor 1 inhibitory antibody, has anti-neoplastic potential against ANKL. However, phenotype of refractory subclone of ANKL against PPMX-T003 remains unclear. To investigate, we performed single cell transcriptome analysis of ANKL1, a primary ANKL cells derived from ANKL-patient-derived xenograft mouse model (ANKL-PDX) with/without treatment of PPMX-T003 injection.
