Gene expression profiling of the murine central nervous system at different developmental time points

GSE249007 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 9 samples Submitted 2025/08/11 Platform GPL30172
Summary
In this study, we performed bulk RNA-sequencing analysis to compare the gene expression profile of the developing CNS at different time points. We aimed to identify genes which are specifically enriched in the CNS around embryonic day E 9.5 compared to E14.5 and postnatal day P60.
