Summary
We identified that miR-34a-5p expression is upregulated in choroidal vascular endothelial cells in a mouse model of laser induced choroidal neovascularization. Therefore, in this experiment we assess the effect of miR-34a-5p treatment on the transcriptome of primary human vascular endothelial cells.
