RNA sequencing analysis of HG/PA treated podocytes.

GSE254059 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2024/06/04 Platform GPL24247
Summary
Recent studies have shown the crucial role of podocyte injury in the development of diabetic nephropathy. Ubiquitination/deubiquitination is a post-translational modification of proteins, which is widely involved in the occurrence and development of diseases. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of OTUD5, a deubiquitination enzyme, in podocyte injury and reveal its regulatory mechanism in the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy. RNA-seq analysis indicated a significantly increased expression of OTUD5 in HG/PA-stimulated podocytes.
