Summary
Vitamin D is a central regulator of mineral homeostasis, but its cell-type-specific effects are poorly understood. Here, we tested the effects of acute calcitriol injection on gene expressions in mouse kidneys and intestine (jejunum) using single-cell RNA sequencing.
