The reprogrammation of the estrogen and androgen responses in murine prostate cancer

GSE254635 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 30 samples 2024/04/19 GPL24247
Summary
The first aim of the study was to identify the genes regulated by the estrogen receptor alpha (ERa) in the normal mouse prostate, with and without the co-activation of the androgen receptor. The second objective was to decipher the changes in the estrogen and androgen responses in a tumoral context from prostate cancer-developping mice.
