Summary
We report the results of RNA-Seq from a pair of HCA-7 derived cells with low, CC, and high, CC-CR, cells as well as RNA-seq from AGO2 RNA immunoprecipitation from the two cell lines in order to identify potential targets of miR-100 and miR-125b. Results were used to identify potential mRNAs that were upregulated in CC cells (low miR-100 and miR-125b), compared to CC-CR cells. In addition, we searched for potential mRNA targets that were enriched in the AGO2 immunoprecipitation of CC-CR cells.
