Gene expression profile of immune cells at single cell level from the hippocampus and thalamus of mice after traumatic brain injury

GSE260805 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 4 samples Submitted 2026/05/08 Platform GPL24247
Summary
Substantial microglial activation in the thalamus is observed after cortical injury. We used single-cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) to analyze the diversity of microglia in the hippocampus and thalamus after cortical injury.
