Summary
We found that Tbx1 suppresses a subset of ECM-related genes in a cell differentiation model. Treatment with a Lysyl hydroxylase inhibitor drug in vivo during pregnancy reduced the expressivity of cardiac defects in Tbx1 mutant embryos.
