Gene expression of wild-type C57BL/6 mouse lungs infected with C2-202 human metapneumovirus (HMPV)

GSE261511 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 4 samples Submitted 2024/03/18 Platform GPL24247
Summary
Human metapneumovirus (HMPV) is a primary causative agent of acute lower respiratory tract infections. We used single cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq) to assess lung immune profiles in a mouse model of HMPV infection.
