Effect of GPRC5B-deficiency on macrophage function [dataset 1]

GSE261584 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2025/01/02 Platform GPL30172
Summary
To investigate whether loss of GPRC5B affects macrophage function, we generated myeloid-specific Gprc5b knockout mice and then did RNA-seq using resident peritoneal macrophage to analyze the gene expression profile.
