Effect of Adgrd1 or Gpr39 knockdown during differentiation of adipose progenitor cell

GSE261608 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 15 samples 2024/08/31 GPL13112
Summary
Purpose: To explore the effect of Adgrd1 or Gpr39 knockdown in mouse primary adipose progenitor cell. Method: Primary adipose progenitor cell were isolated from inguinal white adipose tissue of mice. siRNA transfection was employed to achieve knockdown of Adgrd1 or Gpr39. 48 hours after differentiation induction, RNA were collected for sequencing. Results: cAMP and ERK pathway were significantly enriched by Adgrd1 and Gpr39 knockdown, respectively.
