Analyze the transcriptional signature of kidney glomerular cells in male, female wild-type mice and in female mouse models of estrogen knockout

GSE261615 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 3 samples Submitted 2026/03/01 Platform GPL19057
Summary
We found that RPC contributed to the sexual dimorphism of kidney disorders in an ERα-dependent manner. To study the mechanisms controlling these differences we characterized the transcriptional signature of glomeruli isolated from male, female wild type and female RPC ERα-knockout mice.
